Hey lovelies,
Although I am definitely a bold woman, at times I am also an incredibly shy ☺️ person. Since I first launched my healing arts practice in 2006, I have wanted to create meditation videos but I had a serious block.
Similarly, when I first started my body art photo journey I felt the same shy energy welling up in me. I am now at peace in front of the camera lens and I am working on developing the same comfort level while creating videos.
It may seem silly that the simple act of turning on the video feature on my phone shifts my comfort but for some reason it does. This is my first GetNaked Meditation video. I will continue to work on dropping into myself while I’m recording a video.
The sound quality may not be the best but that to will improve once I continue to develop this skill set. While working through my shyness I try to remember…
“Strength doesn’t come from what you can do. It comes from overcoming the things you once thought you couldn’t.” -Rikki Rogers

Great video. I have been wanting to post/share my nude meditation videos with the public for a while now but have not had the courage to do so. After seeing your post I am definitely inspired to trust my gut and start to share the videos of my practice. I believe it can truly help many people. Thank you. I look forward to seeing more from you as well:) Keep inspiring😊🙏🏻.
Matt
💗 I look forward to seeing what you share!
I would be interested in setting up a Skype session, as I live in Ohio.
This was beautifully done. I especially loved the shadow effect. I have used this as part of my morning meditation the last couple of days
Peace
Paul
Hi Paul,

I like the Rikki Rogers quote. A corollary is the maxim ‘Courage is not the absence of fear, but overcoming your fear and doing what must be done’. Your courage is exemplary.
Your efforts in videography will pay dividends as you gain skills. It is challenging to focus on artistry and technology simultaneously. Perhaps you can get a friend to assist and learn together. Also watch other videos of similar & dissimilar topics, not for the content but for techniques. You will get new ideas at little expense. Keep working at it; you are off to a great start!
Thank you for the encouragement! Deeply appreciated! 💗🙏💗
I would love to have a session with you! But i live in belgium…
In person sessions are definitely beautiful but I do also facilitate via Skype. 💗
