Surrender then Triumph

Hey Lovelies,

Tomorrow I go in front of a judge with the man I dedicated half my adult life to. After a beautiful marriage and raising some awe inspiring children, it is time for a new phase in life. My yoga and mediation practice have been slow, quiet, and contemplative.

This morning I first felt surrender, then, as I continued to move my body, I felt triumph. Not triumph in the world, rather triumph in my body, mind, and finally my spirit. I managed to tap into self love and acceptance. I gave myself permission to let the external world melt away as I tapped into my inner self.

I hope you are having a blissful day. If you are able to create space I highly recommend taking a few moment just for you.

From my heart to yours,

I am most intrigued by the word Surrender. It’s come up in my practice several times this year. I’d be curious as to your definition of it

No video for free? Not even 1 to try?

      2. Not at this point. I have been building my business since 2006. This is a new venture for me but has been a long time coming. As a single mom I need to take my professional endeavors very seriously. It is only $1.99 to rent one of my meditation videos. I have made them affordable so people from all walks of life are able to afford them.

All I can say is that it is a very emotional process but it does provide finality. It was a strange feeling but one of relief when it was over. Best of Luck.

If you haven’t been to court as a party to a lawsuit, especially a defendent, even the smoothest proceedings are stressful. Remember the judge is used to people being out of sorts, even attorneys who practice law regularly have lapses in pretrial organization and thought process during trial (kids were sick the night before, just got back from vacation, etc)
No matter how it goes, plan on chilling out the rest of the day. Divorce is tough, unpleasant but things have a way of working out over time. Best wishes for a decent outcome and the freedom to finally have it behind you. Looking forward to a brighter future for you!

    1. I sued a lawyer on a civil level and he was found guilty and disbarred. Which was a huge accomplishment based on his history of abusing his clients.
I have no lawyer because I refuse to fight. I am leaving for a twelve hour drive with my daughter afterwards so let’s hope we wrap it up quickly.
Thank you for your kid wishes. I also hope Mountain and I are able to let each other go and move on with grace and acceptance.
