Hey lovelies,
Gratitude has been my saving grace this year. No matter what we face there is always something to be grateful for. Some people make this statement lightly. I do not.
If I had not personally experienced deep trauma, abuse, sexual assault, the death of a loved one taken during their youth, miscarriage, and loss so great it made me question whether love even exists, I would not make the above statement.
In our darkest hour, if we look hard enough, we are able to find at least one tiny aspect of life that we are grateful for. I truly hope that your day is filled with bliss. However, if it’s not, if you are facing dark times, or the stress of daily life, I encourage you to find even one tiny thing you are grateful for.
Then, take a few deep breaths and see if you are able to allow gratitude to take over for just a moment. It is a transformative practice. One I consciously practice each and every day of my life. Today I am grateful for my lover, my children, my health, getting to live on the West Coast of Canada, and I am grateful for pleasure.
My deepest gratitude today is that I have found my path and I am taking the actions necessary to make my dreams a reality.
Pleasure is my birth right. It is yours too. If possible, take a moment or two to remind yourself that you are a magnificent being and that you are worthy of experiencing pleasure (not necessarily sexual pleasure). You are uniquely beautiful, you are strong and capable and I honor and respect you.
From my heart to yours,
with the deepest gratitude…
Luv ur confidence..
😘
