There is a voice that doesn’t use words. listen. – Rumi
When you hear the word sensuality, what comes to mind? Do you feel a warm breeze flowing across your body? Do you picture your lover’s caress? If you stop for a moment, take a deep breath and contemplate the word sensuality, what feelings are evoked within?
As for the definition of sensuality:
noun
the enjoyment, expression, or pursuit of physical, especially sexual, pleasure.
If I asked you to set aside a few moments today, would you? If I asked you to take 3 deep, grounding, sensuous breaths, would you listen to me? Would you let the external world simply drift away as you turn your focus inwards? Would you trust me to guide you?
I feel the heartbeat of my own sensuality throbbing and pulsing…overflowing. I am also diving into writing again! I have been silent; contemplative. But now the words are falling from my mind like drops of rain. I watch intently as each droplet nurtures the seeds of sensuality. As my words merge together into a collective blossom…
If I asked you to join me on this most sensuous and liberating journey, would you?

May your Sunday be filled with moments of pure, unadulterated bliss.

Love this.
What a wonderful experience, Joy. Gary and I have jumped and run through the snow, too. Loved the experience, too. Jan&Gary xo
I would for sure. To me sensuality is being aware of all our body, our feelings and our sensations. It’s about feeling this inner sense of comfort and getting naked is a sensual act of seeking comfort and well-being. You need nudity to feel all your senses coming together and accept them as the proof of being alive and well. Thank you for your sensual post.
This. Exactly this. I couldn’t have said it better myself.
I will gladly walk along side you on your journey.
😘🙏😘
Knowing how beautiful your soul is makes me believe anyone would be lucky to have you as a partner 🙂
I would join in. I was outside in the snow naked a few days ago.
It’s so invigorating!
