As I mentioned in my post yesterday, the past few weeks have been full of adventure and a few major challenges. Although I try to focus on the positives, it’s also important to acknowledge the negatives in life. I have a self care practice that helps me release any negative thoughts, feelings or emotions built up within. It’s such a simple yet truly effective way to let go…The base idea is to step into your shower, cup your hands together, allow them to fill with water, then release the water as a symbol of your intention to release whatever you’ve been holding onto.
